Role Overview
As a Mortgage Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary service through both phone and written communication with key mortgage brokers, fostering robust relationships. You will collaborate with Account Managers to enhance sales performance and ensure that key performance indicators are consistently met.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Address incoming intermediary telephonic inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service regarding product details and eligibility criteria. Collaborate closely with Account Managers, aiding in the execution of Account Plans by proactively reaching out to key intermediary partners to boost sales. Keep Account Managers informed with regular insights from brokers and market trends, assisting them in identifying new business opportunities. Recognize intermediary requirements, clarify details, and provide precise solutions across all product offerings. Maintain a professional representation of the company to ensure a positive experience for brokers throughout their journey.Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
Proven experience in telephone sales within a mortgage lending environment or with a mortgage brokerage. Proficiency in managing inbound service calls, conducting outbound calls, and overseeing email correspondence. Exceptional skills in relationship building and effective communication.
