About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Office Manager to join our dynamic team at VisionFR Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice, ensuring effective policies and processes, and creating a positive working environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, development, and inclusivity. You will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our senior management team to build a culture of trust, recognition, and engagement. Your role will involve maintaining smooth functioning of all office systems, managing office equipment and supplies, and overseeing service contracts.

You will also be responsible for coordinating internal events, managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management
  • Ensure effective policies and processes are in place
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and pay processes
  • Ensure end-to-end employment processes are effectively carried out
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and facility upkeep
  • Oversee service contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate internal events and manage logistics
Requirements
  • Degree in HRM or a related field and/or CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified
  • Several years' experience as a HR generalist, with a strong grounding in all aspects of HR
  • Proven experience in a dual HR/OM role
  • Experience in an early-stage start-up company environment
  • Self-motivated, with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong commercial focus
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
