Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at VisionFR Limited. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that reflects our company mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues
- Administer benefits, compensation, and pay processes
- Ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes
- Champion legal compliance and introduce best practices
- Assess employee engagement and productivity
- Design communication strategies to empower employees
- Develop proactive engagement, recognition, development, wellness, and diversity programs
**Requirements:**
- Degree in HRM or related field and/or CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified
- Experience in collaborating with management to achieve company aims
- Several years as an HR generalist with a strong grounding in all HR aspects
- Self-motivation, exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong commercial focus with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in software including email, Microsoft Office, and ATS systems
**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Experience in a diverse and cross-cultural organization
- HR support experience in a rapidly growing company
- Background in a start-up environment
- Fluency in a European language (French, Spanish, or Italian) would be an added benefit
