Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

VisionFR Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that reflects the company mission, promoting trust, humanity, and humour. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a supportive, engaging, and efficient work environment that aligns with the company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in achieving its aims by working at both an operational and strategic level.
  • Guide and support employees and management on HR-related issues, with an emphasis on proactive solutions.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and pay processes.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes like onboarding, performance management, development, and off-boarding.
  • Champion legal compliance and the introduction of best practices, focusing on proactive risk management.
  • Assess employee engagement and productivity, with a proactive stance on recommending and implementing improvement actions.
  • Design communication strategies that empower employees, facilitating proactive feedback and involvement.
  • Develop proactive engagement, recognition, development, wellness, and diversity programs.
  • Build a strong partnership with senior managers to foster a culture of trust, recognition, and proactive engagement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HRM or related field and/or CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified.
  • Experience in collaborating with management to achieve company aims, with a focus on proactive and strategic HR solutions.
  • Several years as an HR generalist, with a strong grounding in all HR aspects, emphasising process improvement and proactive initiatives.
  • Self-motivation, exceptional organisational and time management abilities, thriving in ambiguous situations by being proactive and adaptable.
  • A strong commercial focus, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels, collaborating effectively both geographically and functionally.
  • A track record of successful delivery, managing competing priorities with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in software including email, Microsoft Office, and ATS systems.
  • High levels of self-confidence, independence, resilience, confidentiality, diplomacy, and the ability to influence others positively.

Desired:

  • Experience in a diverse and cross-cultural organisation.
  • HR support experience in a rapidly growing company.
  • Background in a start-up environment.
  • Fluency in a European language (French, Spanish, or Italian) would be an added benefit.
  • Experience in managing international teams and/or cultures.
