About the Role

The International Student Support Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering a comprehensive support service for international students at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-arrival to graduation. This includes providing information and advice on various aspects of student life, such as finances, healthcare, safety, academic support, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver online, telephone, and in-person support services for international students
  • Update and deliver the annual Online Orientation Course for new students
  • Represent the Institute during intake periods and consult on orientation materials and activities
  • Plan and deliver projects to enhance the international student experience

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience working with international students, managing complex projects, and delivering presentations and stakeholder engagement activities. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a tactful and diplomatic approach, and outstanding accuracy and attention to detail. Fluency in another language is desirable.
