Position Overview:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales Director. You will be tasked with crafting and executing sales initiatives, performing market analysis, uncovering new business prospects, and fostering robust relationships with clients and National Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Director:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the local hospitality market through intelligence and competitor analysis, leading to enhanced revenue through targeted sales efforts for Local and National Accounts.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize contracts to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement the hotel sales strategy, regularly reviewing and adjusting it to align with business objectives.
  • Hold overall responsibility for managing hotel RFPs at both local and national levels, ensuring all relevant parties are engaged during negotiations.
  • Utilize data and market insights to conduct outreach and campaigns aimed at identifying opportunities for the hotel.
  • Oversee the performance of hotel Group and Event business.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective business.
