Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales initiatives within the hospitality sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing sales strategies, conducting thorough market analysis, and fostering strong relationships with clients and key account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local hospitality market by analyzing competitor activities and pricing, aimed at enhancing revenue through targeted sales efforts for both local and national accounts.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize contracts to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement a detailed sales plan for the hotel, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and operational needs.
  • Take full responsibility for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) at both local and national levels, ensuring collaboration with all relevant stakeholders during the negotiation process.
  • Utilize data and market insights to conduct outreach and marketing campaigns that uncover new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the performance of group and meetings & events (M&E) business segments.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
