About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Energy Service team as a Sales Support Specialist. As part of our integral sales team, you will provide extensive support to our sales channels, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data processing.

Your day-to-day tasks will include accurately preparing customer data, pricing and locking in offers on our in-house systems, and maintaining the CRM system. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, finding solutions, and explaining them to customers.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and from our Ipswich office three days a week. You will be working closely with our sales and business development managers to support their prospecting activities.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to create, manipulate, and maintain multiple spreadsheets.

You will be a motivated team player, confident in taking ownership of issues and resolving them. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of the electricity market and energy service market, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

This is a varied role that requires strong organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while providing top-notch customer service support.
