Job Title: 2nd Line Engineer

The ideal candidate would have a solid foundation in IT, with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing IT professional to take their career to the next level, working with a leading financial services organization and gaining experience in a broad range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day end-user IT support, using technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Use root cause fault analysis and problem management skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage and implement network devices and firewalls, ensuring seamless system operation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of IT experience, with a strong background in Microsoft services-based infrastructure.
  • Experience in leading a technical team, or working in a similar role.
  • Desirable skills include CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, VMWARE ESXi 5.0, ITIL, experience working with SQL, Cisco ASA Firewalls, and Avaya Switches.
