Technical Support Specialist II

Are you an experienced Technical Support Specialist II seeking a rewarding career opportunity?

IntaPeople is collaborating with a prominent Technology firm aiming to expand their workforce with a skilled Technical Support Specialist II on a permanent basis. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned support tickets, assisting first-line engineers and addressing various technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Collaborating within a team to ensure timely resolution of all support tickets, adhering to established SLAs.
  • Providing customer support, managing client communications, and overseeing tickets from the second-line issue queue.
  • Taking ownership of tickets from the second-line issue queue and guiding them to resolution.
  • Acting as the primary contact for your assigned support tickets.
  • Delivering high-quality communication to clients throughout the support process.
  • Managing escalated issues and reporting them to the Service Desk Manager.
  • Engaging with topics such as business continuity, server management, network architecture, and desktop support.

Candidate Profile...

  • Proficient in advanced Windows desktop support.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting SLAs.
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience in resolving connectivity challenges, including Firewalls, VPN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Previous use of a ticketing system, preferably Service Now.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
