Medical Receptionist

Lea Vale Medical Group is seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our Ampthill branch surgery. As a key member of our non-clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Main Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient access to healthcare services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing clinical computer systems and software
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and practice staff to ensure seamless interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements- Good level of education to GCSE standard or equivalent
