Main Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient access to healthcare services
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing clinical computer systems and software
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and practice staff to ensure seamless interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements- Good level of education to GCSE standard or equivalent
