About the Role

Commify is a global leader in business communication solutions, providing innovative tools to help businesses engage with their customers effectively. As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across our international commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement sales planning, reporting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Assess and roll out best commercial practices across all territories, ensuring operational excellence and best practice in sales functions.
  • Sales Compensation Planning: Harmonize sales compensation planning to drive sales performance and profitability.
  • Sales KPI Analysis: Create and analyze sales KPI reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and drive the sales forecasting process, maintaining a strong relationship with field management.
  • Sales Goal Setting: Work with the Chief Sales Officer to establish sales goals to support business segment revenue goals.
  • Sales Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and own sales policies, procedures, and best practices to increase effectiveness and productivity.
  • Data Integrity: Develop policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and take ownership of all data in the current CRM platforms.
  • Training and Development: Provide continuous training on Salesforce/general CRM best practice for all sales teams.
  • Sales Process-Flows: Design and manage sales process-flows in Salesforce for all sales teams.
  • Sales Incentive Plans: Help to coordinate and design sales incentive plans for all territories and establish quotas that support the financial plans of the Group.
  • Management Decision-Making: Participate in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures.
Requirements
  • Sales Focus: Strong focus and understanding of sales activities, including sales planning, reporting, forecasting, sales process optimization, and sales compensation planning.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex sales data and derive coherent deliverables.
  • CRM Experience: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive management.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Proven experience within commercial finance/sales support in a complex business-to-business environment, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of online marketing and ecommerce.
