About the Role

Commify, a global leader in business communication solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial Operations to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across all territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate sales data.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Assess and roll out best commercial practices across all territories, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Sales Compensation Planning: Harmonize sales compensation plans to drive sales performance and profitability.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and drive the sales forecasting process, maintaining strong relationships with field management to ensure timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Sales Policy and Procedure Development: Create and implement sales policies, procedures, and best practices to increase effectiveness and productivity.
  • Communication and Training: Communicate changes in policy, best practices, or other sales-related procedures to sales teams and provide continuous training on Salesforce and CRM best practices.
  • Data Integrity and CRM Management: Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity and take ownership of all data in current CRM platforms.
  • International Sales Operations and Reporting: Develop an international sales operations and reporting process through existing commercial personnel to provide optimal support to Commify's global sales team.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Focus: Proven understanding of sales activities, including sales planning, reporting, forecasting, sales process optimization, and sales compensation planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex sales data and derive coherent deliverables.
  • CRM Experience: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience within commercial finance/sales support in a complex business-to-business environment.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and target-focused, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
