Job Title: Head of Commercial Operations

Commify is a global leader in business communication solutions, providing innovative tools to help businesses engage with their customers effectively. As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across our international commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Lead the development and maintenance of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Provide sales analytics and insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and commercial operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and ability to leverage data to drive sales growth
  • Results-driven and target-focused, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
