Job Title: Head of Commercial Operations

Commify is a global leader in business communication solutions, providing innovative tools to help businesses engage with their customers effectively. As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across our international commercial departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Lead the development and maintenance of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Commify remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales operations, commercial finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and data analysis
