Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Provide support with order processing and inventory management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
