About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Management team to develop pre-existing customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Account Management team to develop pre-existing customer relationships
  • Provide quotes, up-sell, process orders and follow up on leads to drive revenue
  • Take on a proactive approach to chase new business opportunities
  • Step into a client-facing field sales position in the long term

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive basic salary of £24,000
  • A hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

**Requirements:**

  • Relationship building skills, ideally developed through part-time work alongside education

  • Ability to commute to our office
