Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our business customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively match them with customer needs.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Outbound Telesales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telesales, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Product and Pricing Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and pricing information to effectively match them with customer needs.
- Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Location: Must be located in the Skelmersdale area, with a willingness to work in an office environment.
- Competitive Salary: £27,000 with OTE £38,700.
- Great Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
