Main Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Calls and Emails: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Resolving Pre/Post Sales Enquiries/Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Liasing with Third-Party Courier Companies: Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Work with other departments to provide solutions and answers for customers.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
