Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:
Bionical Emas is a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to bringing life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. We offer a unique, seamless service to our pharma and biotech clients by combining Clinical Development, Clinical Trial Supply (CTS), and Early Access Programs (EAP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop new and existing key strategic customer accounts in the Clinical Trial Supplies team.
- Lead key accounts and teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Develop and maintain global sourcing and procurement networks, identifying new opportunities to enhance the business's supply chain and product offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in client meetings, confidently leading discussions and addressing client needs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Executives and Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent the company at key international conferences, supporting the leadership team in networking and business development initiatives.
- Assist Account Directors in creating and managing budgets for key accounts, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, and new growth opportunities are identified.
- Ensure that all team activities adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, maintaining compliance in procurement and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with the Group Business Unit Director to promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational excellence across the business.
- Manage and develop direct reports, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, and retention to strengthen the team and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to deal confidently with colleagues, regulatory bodies, customers, suppliers, and other relevant third parties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in account management and team leadership.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial supplies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
