About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team at Hamilton Woods. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing year-end and interim consolidated financial statements for our dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and control.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle HFM (or other consolidation software) to support financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4+ years of post-qualified experience in financial reporting or Audit, either within the accountancy profession or in industry.
  • Experience in producing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and exposure to the challenges of working in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
