Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, limited companies, and charities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, statutory accounts, and tax returns.
  • Oversee bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including regular communication and support.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work products.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 4 qualified or QBE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in accounting software and systems.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.35 per hour.
  • Flexible working hours (hours per week).
  • 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays and 3 days for the Christmas shutdown.
