Job Description

**Financial Accounting Manager Role at Hamilton Woods**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team at Hamilton Woods. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing year-end and interim consolidated financial statements for our dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the smooth audit process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of post-qualified experience in financial reporting or Audit.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls.
  • Experience in producing consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Oracle HFM (or other consolidation software) experience is an asset.
  • ACA or equivalent accounting professional certification.
