As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of their growth strategy, directly engaging with a diverse global clientele, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving sales while identifying new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities as the Client Relationship Manager will include:

  • Leading the onboarding process for new clients, providing support and training, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Fostering relationships with clients and key stakeholders, devising innovative strategies, and exploring new avenues for growth.
  • Overseeing high-value accounts, managing fulfillment and budgets (for context, one recent account generated £10 million in just two months).
  • Conducting monthly KPI reviews with sellers regarding upcoming and trending events.

What will contribute to your success?

  • A proven history of managing multi-million-pound key accounts in dynamic sectors such as events, ticketing, agencies, and SaaS.
  • A strong record of expanding existing accounts on a large scale.
  • Confidence in presenting to clients, attending industry events, and adaptability (some events may occur on weekends, and the entire team recently attended a major conference in the USA).
  • Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk systems.
