Your Mission

As an E-Mobility Infrastructure Project Coordinator at E Drive Infrastructure GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and enhancement of charging networks. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing, directing, and supervising the development of charging sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary limits, and quality benchmarks. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating charging locations that are not only functional but also user-centric and visually appealing compared to competitor offerings. Successful execution of this role requires effective collaboration with various teams and coordination with clients, partners, and suppliers.

  • Strategizing and executing site development while considering timeframes, financial constraints, and quality expectations
  • Efficient management of capital expenditure budgets along with regular financial reporting
  • Collaboration with clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Assisting in the advancement and optimization of e-mobility operations
  • Designing charging locations with an emphasis on user experience and site attractiveness
  • Planning, directing, and overseeing the establishment of new charging infrastructure
  • Managing substantial capital expenditure budgets and providing consistent updates to stakeholders
  • Working closely with clients, partners, and suppliers during the planning and execution of charging infrastructure initiatives
  • Transitioning completed projects to operations management for ongoing maintenance and support
  • Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of processes within the e-mobility sector
  • Evaluating site-specific requirements and construction standards to ensure E Drive Infrastructure sites are more appealing than competitors
  • Incorporating client feedback and features to enhance site design and functionality
Your Profile
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ideally with a qualification or certification, along with experience in producing scaled AutoCAD drawings
  • Electrical qualifications complemented by experience in generating electrical designs and schematic diagrams
  • Experience in civil engineering is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Background in project management and planning for infrastructure initiatives
  • Familiarity with the e-mobility sector and its technical requirements
  • Adaptability and flexibility: A readiness to adjust and respond to evolving demands and unforeseen circumstances
  • Innovative thinking: The ability to devise creative solutions to challenges and discover new methods for enhanced efficiency
