As the Head of Deployment and Infrastructure Expansion, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of our charging infrastructure expansion plans.
This role involves overseeing the overall leadership and strategic oversight of the expansion and development of charging infrastructure, ensuring adherence to schedules, cost controls, and quality standards.
- You will lead a small team of three people, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the expansion of charging infrastructure, considering time, costs, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient management of CAPEX budgets, ensuring regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration with customers, cooperation partners, and suppliers in the planning and execution of charging infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the handover of completed projects to operations management for ongoing operation and maintenance.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of relevant processes within the e-mobility domain.
- Build strong relationships with partners as well as internal stakeholders and functional peers.
- Provide strategic leadership in planning, managing, and monitoring the expansion of new charging infrastructure sites.
- Oversee extensive CAPEX budgets and ensure regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead collaboration with customers, cooperation partners, and suppliers in the planning and implementation of charging infrastructure projects.
- Ensure the smooth handover of completed projects to operations management for ongoing operation and maintenance.

E.ON Drive Infrastructure (EDRI) is a pan-European market leading charge point operator owned by the E.ON group. EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The company purpose is to build a sustainable world, by providing charging for everyone, everywhere. The team currently employs 120 people and operates more than 5,300 public charging points across 10 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Norway, Italy, Hungary and Romania. Together with location partners EDRI will expand its network by installing 1,000 additional high power charging points per year.
