Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Site Operations Manager to oversee fencing projects on rail, road, and other infrastructure sites for UKund Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and removal of fencing systems, as well as contributing to civil works, arboriculture, landscaping, and ecology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate fencing operations on various sites to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Lead and motivate a team of fencing specialists and laborers to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision, particularly in fencing, with a strong track record of success.
- Essential Rail Competence: PTS, PIC/COSS.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Relevant certifications in construction management (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
