About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our Infrastructure division at SOCOTEC UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our ambitious growth plans and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine and advanced structural and pavement investigations to ensure compliance with British and European standards.
  • Project supervise structural and pavement investigations from bidding to reporting, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of results.
  • Supervise teams of technicians in the performance of their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Undertake Ground Investigation (GI) works, including witness statements, site visits, and report preparation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external subcontractors, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of company profile, adhering to all Quality Control procedures and Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Competent in the execution and reporting of structural and pavement investigations.
  • CSCS, PTS, PASMA, NRSWA, and IPAF trained.
  • Understanding of relevant testing standards and procedures.
  • Ability to motivate self and team members to achieve goals.
  • Reliable, diligent, and flexible with a willingness to learn.
  • Results-focused individual, prepared to work additional hours and under pressure to meet client deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and respectful of client confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
