We are currently in search of a Program Manager to facilitate REE's swift expansion and development initiatives on a global scale. This pivotal role will report directly to the Programs Lead.

The Program Manager will play an essential role in ensuring the successful management of assigned programs with a focus on a seamless launch approach. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all program activities and developing a comprehensive plan that aligns with the company's strategic priorities. This includes fostering internal collaboration among REE's various departments and partners while promoting a culture of organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt to a dynamic organizational environment by creating flexible plans that accommodate uncertainties while identifying critical paths; monitor and report on program progress.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external meetings, which may cover technical discussions, program planning, and escalations.
  • Establish and assess program performance metrics, including launch readiness indicators.
  • Initiate and enhance cross-company processes to drive continuous improvement; lead reviews of program lessons learned.
  • Identify resource requirements to achieve objectives and facilitate coordination among teams.
  • Provide regular program status updates, highlighting deliveries, challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct briefings and technical meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage all assigned projects within the organizational unit.
  • Guide the organization in meeting critical timelines and assist in resolving complex technical or operational challenges.
  • Oversee budget development and execution.

Team Leadership:

  • Promote REE's Culture of Organizational Excellence in all activities.
  • Set goals and objectives for the department, including mentoring and training to develop both new and existing team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for all direct reports to assess their effectiveness in fulfilling their roles.
  • Implement OKRs and associated KPIs related to departmental performance and strategic growth, aiming for world-class standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of REE. Given the startup nature of the organization, responsibilities may vary significantly, presenting unique opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
