Cityscape Recruitment is a prominent tier 1 contractor specializing in concrete frame construction within the United Kingdom. The organization is recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional projects efficiently and within financial parameters.

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators with expertise in groundwork and concrete frame construction. The ideal candidates will be adept at managing project packages valued between £10 million and £20 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of site teams and ensure effective technical management of the project schedule and operations.
  • Engage with clients and manage relationships with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of both residential and commercial construction processes.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess:
  • A proven history of delivering high-quality RC frame projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • A degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
