We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of a £25 million school project in Coventry. Our client, a highly respected independently owned main contractor, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Lead and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects of a similar scale and complexity, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
- Guaranteed 10% annual bonus.
- £6,000 car allowance.
- 25 days of holiday per year.
