Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of new build housing processes and NHBC requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, First Aid certification, and full UK Driving Licence
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £65,000 - £72,500 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, private pension, and healthcare.
