About the Role

Are you a seasoned IT Project Coordinator with a strong commitment to delivering intricate IT initiatives efficiently and within budget? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and oversee a variety of IT projects, guiding them from initial planning through to successful execution.

In this position, you will serve as the main liaison for all project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk assessment, and the delivery of high-quality results. You will have the chance to engage in a range of IT Infrastructure, Software, and Business System Transformation projects, significantly contributing to our organization's achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee IT project portfolios, including comprehensive plans, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular project updates.
  • Identify and address project risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, documentation, and reporting, facilitating the successful completion of IT initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination with a focus on large-scale IT infrastructure, software, and business system transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are advantageous.
