Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Night Care Supervisor to enhance our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the care provided to our residents, ensuring that the highest standards of professionalism and compassion are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the needs of service users and develop personalized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering an environment of equality and effective communication.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
  • Provide management coverage as required and lead nightly briefings.
  • Oversee Health & Safety protocols and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess an HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3 and be actively pursuing a management qualification. Relevant experience and basic computer proficiency are essential. As this role operates within a Christian framework, candidates must demonstrate a Christian faith. Membership in the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC are mandatory.
