In the role of Overnight Care Supervisor, you will oversee a designated area of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Additionally, you will manage the entire facility in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.

Your responsibilities may include reporting on a new resident's mobility challenges, assisting with sample collection for monitoring, or administering medication, all while prioritizing the dignity and well-being of our residents.

You will possess demonstrated leadership capabilities in a care environment for vulnerable adults. More importantly, your vibrant, positive demeanor and innate ability to connect with others will be key to your success. This position is ideal for someone prepared to embrace significant responsibilities. When interacting with residents or colleagues, your communication will always reflect genuine consideration and kindness.

Recognizing that safeguarding is a collective duty, it is crucial for you to identify signs that may indicate potential abuse, harm, or neglect in its various forms and to know the appropriate actions to take if concerns arise.

All staff members are required to participate in safeguarding training relevant to their roles and to engage in additional training in related areas.

You should also be equipped to seek guidance and report concerns, including escalating issues if necessary.
