CrossReach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our night care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage the care needs of service users, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Supervise and support a team of night care workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant qualification in social care, such as an HNC or SVQ 3.
- Have experience working in a night care setting, with a strong understanding of the needs of service users.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
