Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Night Care Workers to deliver high-quality care to our service users.
- Oversee the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of Night Care Workers.
- Lead daily devotions and ensure the Christian ethos is upheld in all aspects of the service.
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3.
- Relevant experience in a care setting.
- Basic computer skills.
- Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos.
- PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration.
