Guided by our skilled Home Manager, who brings over three decades of expertise in the field, our care home is committed to providing a superior standard of care and ensuring a secure environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. The Home Manager is devoted to addressing the unique needs of each individual in our care.

Responsibilities of the Lead Care Support Specialist:

  • Deliver personal care to residents
  • Respond to residents' needs and requests
  • Assist with the daily operations of the home
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment

Contract Details for the Lead Care Support Specialist:

  • Hourly Rate: Up to £13
  • Contracted Hours: Between 22 & 44 per week
  • Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks
  • Onsite Parking & Uniform Provided
  • PVG Costs Covered
