Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the effective administration of the home, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident and visitor queries in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Support the Home Manager in the positive marketing of the home, ensuring that all marketing information is up-to-date and displayed prominently.
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed and stored securely, maintaining high standards of record keeping and health and safety recording.
  • Assist with staff training and development, using the e-learning programme and training computer to support the team's growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of monies held in the home, ensuring that all logs are up-to-date and submitted to Head Office in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all Company Financial Policies, ensuring that all financial procedures are followed correctly.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of IT, including word, excel, email, and intranet.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer care.
  • Customer care and/or administration qualification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Care Inspectorate and the Elderly Care Sector.
