This individual is a qualified Nurse and has been managing care homes for the past decade in the local area. They are dedicated to ensuring that the best interests of both residents and staff are prioritized.

Contract Details for Lead Care Support Specialists

- Competitive hourly rate of up to £13 per hour

- Dayshift schedule

- Contracted hours ranging from 22 to 44 hours per week

- 5.6 weeks of annual leave

- Onsite parking available

- Uniform provided

- PVG costs covered

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver personal care to our residents, addressing their individual needs and preferences. You will also engage in the daily activities of the home and ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

This position is ideal for an ambitious and experienced Care Assistant ready to advance to a senior role or for a current senior looking for a fresh opportunity.

A genuine passion for working with elderly individuals in a nurturing setting is essential. Additionally, candidates must possess an SVQ Level 3 qualification. We are open to considering experienced Care Assistants who are in the process of obtaining their Level 3 qualification.
