Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living skills, including personal care and household tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medication and complete cleaning and household tasks as required
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines
- A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is essential
- The ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively, and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential
- Experience with Mental Health, Autism, and substance misuse is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
