Leaders in Care is seeking a seasoned Peripatetic Manager to join our team. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple care homes across Scotland, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to residents. Your assignments will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff
  • Overseeing the delivery of care services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive excellence in care

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from at least two different care homes
  • A valid NMC PIN (preferable)
  • A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively
