About the Role:This Peripatetic Manager position requires an individual with exceptional operational management skills, who can ensure all homes comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements. As a key member of our team, you will engage with residents through leisure and social activities, managing multiple care homes to meet business intentions while maintaining a safe, full, and fun environment.
Salary and Benefits:The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, and life assurance.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should have previous management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from at least two different care homes, excellent operational management experience, and a valid NMC PIN (preferable). A current driving licence and ability to travel extensively are also essential.
