In the role of Lead Care Specialist, you will need to be commercially astute and take pride in representing Home Instead, acting as a standard-bearer for our outstanding services.

Situated in Kinning Park, our award-winning Glasgow South team requires a combination of office-based commercial responsibilities, administrative tasks, care coordination, and fieldwork that may necessitate travel within the Glasgow South region. Therefore, possessing a valid driver's license is crucial. While primarily office-based, flexibility in working hours is essential due to the nature of the care environment.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is essential for this position
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the care industry
  • Must be adaptable and flexible

Your duties will encompass:

  • Conducting support visits and supervisions as instructed by the Care Manager
  • Executing client assessments and quality assurance visits as necessary
  • Providing guidance and support to Care Professionals within your team, along with client assistance and reporting services
  • Gathering and reviewing client logs
  • Participating in weekend on-call responsibilities and sharing two nights of coverage during the week with the team
