As a member of the Home Instead SUR Group franchise, our office delivers customized and attentive care services to clients in the South of Glasgow. We are dedicated to providing high-quality support and fostering positive transformations in people's lives.

In the capacity of Lead Care Specialist, you will need to possess commercial awareness and take pride in representing Home Instead, acting as a guiding light for our outstanding services.

Situated in Kinning Park, our award-winning Glasgow South team requires a combination of office-based commercial duties, administrative responsibilities, care coordination, and fieldwork that may involve traveling within the Glasgow South region. Therefore, holding a valid driver's license is crucial. While the role is primarily office-based, flexibility in working hours is necessary due to the nature of the care environment.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is essential for this position
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the care industry
  • Must be adaptable and flexible in approach

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting support visits and supervisions as instructed by the Care Manager
  • Performing client assessments and quality assurance visits as necessary
  • Providing guidance and support to Care Professionals within your team, along with client assistance and reporting services
  • Collecting and reviewing client documentation
  • Participating in weekend on-call duties and sharing two nights of coverage during the week with the team
