This prestigious, private care establishment is located in a desirable area of Glasgow. The facility accommodates up to 80 residents, providing exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care services.

Our care home is managed by a seasoned Home Manager, boasting over 30 years of expertise in the care sector, with experience across both public and private domains. They are a qualified Nurse and have successfully overseen care homes in the local area for the past decade. Their approach is centered around the well-being of both residents and staff.

Contract Details for Lead Care Support Specialists

  • Hourly wage of up to £13 per hour
  • Dayshift schedule
  • Contracted hours ranging from 22 to 44 hours weekly
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave
  • Onsite parking available
  • Uniform provided
  • PVG costs covered

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, your role will involve delivering personal care to our residents, addressing their individual needs by recognizing and facilitating their personal requirements. You will also engage in the overall activities of the home, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

This position is ideal for an ambitious and/or experienced Care Assistant looking to advance to a senior position or for a current senior seeking a new and fulfilling opportunity.

A genuine passion for working with elderly residents in a nurturing environment is essential. As a Lead Care Support Specialist, possessing an SVQ Level 3 qualification is required. We are open to considering experienced Care Assistants who are in the process of obtaining their Level 3 certification.
