The Role:

We are in search of a Head of Product Strategy to manage temporary insurance user experiences across our suite of brands. As the leader of the product division, you will be tasked with innovating and refining our essential consumer-facing journeys.

You will spearhead our comprehensive Product initiatives and lead a team of product owners to deliver exceptional journeys and features that empower consumers to make educated decisions in intricate markets, while capturing and analyzing data to propel the product forward.

Your collaboration with the Tempcover senior leadership team and your product team will be crucial in defining and executing the vision and strategy for our customer value proposition and product features. A typical day will involve assisting team members with roadmap prioritization, collaborating across the organization on new ideas and opportunities, and planning for the future while leading the product strategy for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reimagine the user journeys across our temporary insurance offerings and within our brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the entire organization to craft a unique customer proposition.
  • Gain a profound understanding of our audience's needs through quantitative and qualitative insights, and advocate these findings within the organization.
  • Guide your product team in aligning stakeholders, directing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, building consensus, and coordinating schedules with business teams and engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability for metrics and outcomes.
  • Lead milestone and performance evaluations, keeping key stakeholders informed of progress; negotiate priorities, scope, funding, and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between the product team and the broader organization.
  • Work closely with our Customer Experience team to leverage firsthand insights from customers.

  • You are analytically oriented, comfortable using data to assess and communicate product performance.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, capable of influencing senior leaders and tailoring your message to your audience.
