El rol:

Actualmente estamos buscando un Vicepresidente de Estrategia de Producto para supervisar los recorridos de usuarios de seguros temporales en y a través de la gama de marcas de uSwitch. Como líder del equipo de producto, serás responsable de innovar y mejorar nuestros recorridos críticos orientados al consumidor.

Dirigirás nuestros esfuerzos generales de Producto y el equipo de Producto (actualmente tres gerentes de producto) para ofrecer recorridos y características de clase mundial que permitan a los consumidores tomar decisiones informadas en mercados complejos, mientras capturas y analizas datos para impulsar el producto hacia adelante.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con colegas en el equipo de liderazgo de uSwitch y tu equipo de Producto para definir y llevar a cabo la visión y estrategia de nuestra propuesta de valor al cliente y las características del producto. Un día típico incluiría ayudar a los miembros del equipo de Producto con la priorización de la hoja de ruta, colaborar en nuevas ideas y oportunidades, y planificar el futuro, liderando la estrategia de Producto para el negocio.

Lo que harás:

  • Reimaginar los recorridos a través de nuestros productos de seguros temporales en y a través de la gama de marcas de uSwitch.
  • Trabajar con toda la empresa para desarrollar una propuesta de cliente diferenciada.
  • Desarrollar una comprensión profunda de las necesidades de nuestra audiencia con puntos de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, y evangelizar esos aprendizajes dentro de la organización.
  • Trabajar con tu equipo de Producto para alinear a las partes interesadas, dirigir la hoja de ruta del producto, priorizar características, construir consenso y coordinar los horarios del producto con equipos de negocio, ingenieros y/o contratistas independientes para enviar experiencias de alta calidad;
  • Fomentar una cultura de pruebas, toma de decisiones basada en datos y responsabilidad por métricas y resultados;
  • Liderar revisiones de hitos y rendimiento, actualizando a las partes interesadas clave sobre el progreso de las historias; negociando prioridades, alcance, financiamiento y horarios;
  • Actuar como puente de comunicación entre el equipo de producto y la organización más amplia.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de Experiencia del Cliente para aprovechar al máximo los aprendizajes de primera mano de los clientes.
Requisitos

Lo que aportarás al rol:

  • Eres un líder de producto inspirador con un historial comprobado de desarrollo de tus equipos.
  • Tienes un éxito demostrable en la escalabilidad de productos digitales orientados al consumidor que generan un valor real para el usuario y objetivos financieros para el negocio.
  • Aprovechas tanto la experiencia del usuario como las pruebas A/B para encontrar el ajuste producto/mercado.
  • Creas estructura a partir de la ambigüedad y tienes una actitud pragmática de "puedo hacerlo" y "hágalo realidad" de manera colaborativa.
  • Equilibras lo que necesita hacerse ahora frente a lo que puede hacerse más tarde.
  • Tienes una mentalidad analítica, cómodo utilizando datos para comprender y comunicar el rendimiento del producto.
  • Eres un excelente comunicador con la capacidad de influir en líderes senior y adaptar tu mensaje según la audiencia.
