We are in search of an ideal candidate to play a pivotal role in our expanding team as a Senior PPC Manager. This individual will collaborate closely with the Head of PPC and other senior colleagues, concentrating on the execution, daily oversight, and growth of PPC accounts across various clients and platforms, while also contributing significantly to the future development of our paid search division.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior PPC Manager

  • Execute daily tasks across client paid media initiatives
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are on track and meeting performance indicators
  • Oversee and adjust keyword bids, account budget limits, impression share, quality scores, and other critical account metrics
  • Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager on the strategy and planning for all managed paid media initiatives
  • Optimize keywords, feeds, and placements, employing data-driven decision-making and suitable testing methodologies (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing)
  • Track and monitor all account activities
  • Analyze competitor actions and respond based on thorough market share analysis
  • Maximize the return on investment (ROI) for our online marketing efforts
  • Ensure timely delivery of ad-hoc monthly reports to clients

Skill Requirements of the Senior PPC Manager

  • Over 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
  • Highly analytical and driven by KPIs, with a structured approach and meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating the ability to develop scalable campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in the Google Ads platform across various campaign types, bidding strategies, and processes, particularly in Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, including the capability to set up and evaluate conversion events
  • Expertise in optimizing accounts in accordance with diverse bidding strategies such as CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experienced in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, and data-driven ad testing, including A/B and multivariate testing
